Submission records guide

Submission Records associate backlink opportunities with a specific website and track the execution, link status, and result evidence.

Submission Records in English

1. Filter records

Use the filters at the top of the page:

  • Website limits results to one project.
  • Operation status filters pending, in-progress, submitted, needs-user, or blocked work.
  • Link status filters the observed link result.
  • Source domain / Target domain locates a specific source page or product domain.
  • Search matches website, source, target, or status text.

The table shows the website, source domain, target domain, operation status, link status, and update time.

2. Refresh and export

Click Refresh status to recheck the observed state of the current records. Destination-site restrictions can affect the result, so treat it as supporting evidence.

Click Export CSV to download the filtered records for offline review. Filter the list first so the export contains the intended scope.

When there are no websites or records, Import CSV and Add record may be disabled. Create a website and prepare an opportunity first.

3. Understand operation statuses

StatusMeaning
pendingWaiting to be processed
in_progressCurrently being processed
submittedSubmitted and waiting for review or publication
liveA public result or live link has been verified
needs_userA login, CAPTCHA, or confirmation needs your action
blockedThe destination or workflow blocked progress

An operation status is a record of work; it is not a permanent guarantee of indexing. Add context in Backlink Logs when a record needs manual follow-up.

  1. Prepare website and backlink information.
  2. Filter by website, status, and domain.
  3. Complete any required steps on the destination site.
  4. Refresh status and record real evidence.
  5. Export CSV or add a backlink log for review.
