My Backlink Library guide
My Backlink Library is the shared working library for your website projects. Public opportunities and backlinks you create privately appear here for later management.

Use Codex with your personal library
The Codex button generates a ready-to-run prompt. This entry selects from enabled personal-library opportunities and lets Submify choose an available website automatically.
- Disable opportunities that should not be submitted automatically.
- Make sure at least one website project has complete, current product data.
- Create or enable a key under API Keys.
- Click Codex, select the API key, and keep Personal library as the data source.
- Start with 1 submission and Recommended tasks.
- Add optional instructions, click Copy prompt, and send it in a new Codex task.
- Review the status, result URL, and evidence in Submission Records after the run.

This entry uses Automatic website. To target one project, open that website's Codex action instead. See the Codex guide for data-source, scope, security, and result-status details.
1. Search and filter
Enter a name, URL, category, or note in the search box and click Search. Use Quality and Status to narrow the list further.
The Classification, Quality, My notes, and Status columns help you decide what to use next. An empty account displays an empty table state.
2. Import backlinks in batches
- Click Import URLs.
- Open Recommended packages and select Recommended backlinks to import all public opportunities that currently meet the Codex recommended criteria.
- Click Import backlinks, then review the imported, existing, and invalid counts.
- Use All backlinks when you want to select individual public opportunities.
- Switch to Import URLs when you want to add your own URLs, enter one URL per line, and review the valid count before importing.

Duplicate URLs are imported only once. An existing count is not a failure; it means the same URL is already in your library. Importing does not create website submission records or submit destination forms.
3. Add and manage one backlink
Click Add backlink to create a private record. Enter its name, submission URL, category, language, pricing model, quality, and your notes.
After saving, you can edit, enable or disable, and delete the record. Deleting a library record does not delete a public opportunity or an existing website submission record.
4. How it relates to Backlink Plaza
- Backlink Plaza is for researching public opportunities.
- My Backlink Library is for saving and reusing opportunities across website projects.
- Submission Records associates a backlink with a specific website and tracks execution.
Your quality rating and notes are personal management data; they do not change the public review state or the destination site's rules.
